Bornhorst is a certified Mercedes-Benz partner and converts Sprinters into bakery vehicles. The vehicle needs to have almost all of a normal bakery’s equipment on board in order to serve customers directly. However, the automatic coffee machine, a counter complete with displays and professional ovens all require a large amount of space and electricity.

Its many years of experience in constructing vehicle bodies enable Bornhorst to make perfect use of the limited space in the vehicle. All of the equipment such as the refrigerated displays and cash register systems with wireless communication are well lit and can either be powered by the van’s own generator or from an external power supply. The Sprinter also provides plenty of space for the printer and monitor. A successful complete package, which can also be customized to meet the customer’s own special requirements.
