Fast Service with Bott Installations

A major project: The supplier has equipped a complete fleet of the Mercedes-Benz breakdown Service 24h. The boot of the Sprinter was provided completely with tool cabinets and spare parts in order to be primed for any breakdown or functional disorder. The ultimate aim of the breakdown service is to get the vehicles back on the street, as fast as possible.

The Service 24h team features also some Vitos: They accommodate space for four other fellow passengers. Therefore no-one has to spend the night outside if the vehicle has broken down or can’t make it into the garage.

The particular of Bott’s concept is the clever usage of the loading space and their ingenious solution for load securing. The specialist company for constructional systems conducts the whole process in their own factory. In addition Bott provides the vehicles with additional rotating flashing beacon and labels them according the requirements of the customers. Before delivering the vehicles, the TÜV approves all the details as well as the required warning and emergency equipment.

Mercedes-Benz hands over their 46 completely equipped breakdown vans to their nationwide organized service experts during the service summit 2012 in Hanover.

Thanks to the brand-new armada of breakdown services a lot of long distance drivers can respire: A damage doesn’t mean that it’s the end of the road.
