MobiloVan offers a comprehensive range of services: Starting with the technician’s travel to the location of the accident or with on-site repairs. If this is not possible, then the vehicle is towed free of charge. There are also different services concerning a replacement vehicle and further individual offers for a hotel overnight stay or a travel home via train or plane.

Also in case of goodwill and guarantee repairs that take more than 2 hours the client receives the service. As an alternative the client stay taxi ride or the use of the public transport.

MobiloVan is valid almost everywhere in Europe. It is valid for every new Citan, Sprinter or Vito which has to be registered after the 1st of October 2012. The MobiloVan mobility guarantee is free of charge and valid up to 30 years.
